Joy Ezennajiofor is a consummate professional with two years’ experience working in Human Resources. She is well versed and experienced in developing human resource policies, creating and managing employee databases, has a clear-cut understanding about HR structures, implementation and all-round human resource compliance. Joy started her career in Customer Relations right after graduating from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, in 2017, where she bagged her bachelor’s degree. While being a Customer Relations specialist in the telecommunications and entertainment industry for five years, she learned the art of exceptional communication, as it was her duty to engage with clients internally and externally, both in corporate and individual forms. In 2021, with a growing interest in human resources, Joy advanced to become the Human Resource and Administrative Manager at Farmcenta Global Investment Limited, just one year after she started as a Customer Relations Team Lead. Joy moved to ProGiant Media in 2022, in the capacity of an Human Resource and Administrative Manager, where, as an incumbent, she helped develop HR policies, company administrative procedures, and established a proper salary structure. To strengthen her career in Human Resources, Joy now works as a Human Resource Consultant at ResourcePRO, a fast-growing HR Consulting and Outsourcing firm in Lagos, Nigeria. She is currently on the course of becoming certified as a Chartered HR Manager with the Human Resources Certificate Institute (HRCI).
